The Medi Lift Essential Mask works like a workout for your face. You will feel a gentle tingling or mild muscle contractions, which is completely normal. It's a sign that the device is working effectively.
The mask utilizes low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate the nerves. When the nerves are engaged, they send a message to the brain. Then the brain returns the message to the surrounding muscle fibers, causing them to expand and contract. The expansion and contraction are precisely what your body does when you are working out. How Often Should I Use It?
We recommend using the device once a day for 10 minutes. Start with level 1 for first-time treatment and only move onto higher intensity levels when it feels comfortable.

How To Prep My Skin Before Using the Mask?

Well, I received this product to try it and I am really very happy with it because first of all it is very safe, it is safe for the skin and does not hurt at all, you feel a slight electric touch but very light that stimulates the muscles and if you use it constantly you can see the results.
I am very satisfied with this mask because it is helping me with the skin of my face because it looks tighter I am very happy about this; I really appreciate this gift I recommend them 100% if it is worth the investment you will not regret it.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was pumped to get this tool! It's a very unique idea but I'm not sure how effective it can be. I have been using it approximately 3 days a week and notice no changes or improvement regarding the definition of my face. I will continue to use it for a longer period of time to see if prolonged use has any noticeable changes.

The mask makes you sweat a lot, so you have to practice good hygiene and clean it after use. With constant use, the muscles are toned.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This device is quite an experience! Initially, the mask itself appears a bit intimidating. It seems uncomfortable, but surprisingly, it’s not at all. It features an adjustable band to accommodate various sizes. The material is soft and resembles silicone, and it instantly tightens around your jaw upon wearing. When you activate the mask, you can feel the electrodes stimulating each muscle in your face. It’s an unusual and amusing sensation! There’s absolutely no pain. I can imagine that regular use would likely yield noticeable results. I would have preferred to increase the power to achieve the desired results, but my eyes would start twitching and watering excessively. This is my sole complaint.
