HOW TO USE:

1. Prep - Cleanse skin and lightly moisten the eye area with water. Skin must remain damp for proper Microcurrent and EMS conductivity.

2. Secure - Position the mask comfortably with eyes centered in the openings and secure using the stopper bands.

3. Activate - Press and hold the power buttons on both controllers simultaneously for 2 seconds to turn on.

4. Set - Start at Level 1 for first-time use and gradually increase intensity as comfortable.

5. Treat- Use for 10 minutes once daily. The device automatically shuts off after treatment.

6. Optional Heater Mode - Activate Heater Mode separately for gentle warming comfort before or after treatment.

I don't feel any stimulation. Is the device working?

Why do I feel more stimulation on one side of my face?

This is normal. Facial anatomy, muscle tension, skin hydration, and sensitivity can differ between the left and right sides of the face. You may adjust each controller individually to achieve a balanced sensation.

What should the treatment feel like?

You may experience a gentle tingling, tapping, or muscle stimulation sensation depending on your selected intensity level.
